Book an Appointment
I will respond to your request within 2 business days to confirm your tattoo appointment. A consultation with me is required before appointment is confirmed. Please note that I am not always able to respond to all requests. Make sure you check your junk/spam folder. Once again, this form does NOT confirm your appointment. I will get back to you first!
Tattoo Policy
$150/hour.
$100 Minimum.

No Minors
Deposit Policy
All appointments require a NON REFUNDABLE $100 CASH deposit.
No deposit, no appointment.
The deposit comes off the total cost of the tattoo.
Reschedules & Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance of your appointment or your deposit is forfeited.
THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS.
Deposits are good for one reschedule. Have to reschedule more than once, a new deposit is required.
If you are late to your appointment by 30 minutes or more, your deposit is forfeited.
No call / No show also means your deposit is forfeited.
Multiple sessions will have the deposit applied to the last session. Unused deposits will be forfeited after 3 months.
If your deposit is forfeited for any reason and you're wanting to schedule a new appointment, a new deposit is required.
No call/ No Shows will have to look for a new artist.
